The First Days

So here I am in Kathmandu, Nepal. We beat jet lag in a day. Not much has happened in the five days we've been here, but next week, Team Eagle Eagle Condor is running a 3-day kids camp. Then we head to Chitwan, where we will be doing evangelism. Then on to India.
The girls on the team went out yesterday to buy our punjabis, which is the traditional Indian outfit for women. Don't confuse it with a sari, because they're different. Bing it. :) Then we went to the stupa, which is basically a temple with a market around it, to shop.
Today, we went to the stupa again and we did prayer walking and evangelism. There's a lot of Bhuddist influence here.
It was easy to slip back into the China habits. The roads are crazy. To cross, you just start walking, and act like you know what you're doing.
The food here is amazing. It makes me wonder why we can't have food like this in the States.

I still need about $1800 for the rest of my outreach fund. So be praying. If I don't get it, I will be sent home early.

Sorry I can't elaborate on much right now, but I can't really spend too much time on the internet, as we have on laptop for ten people. I'll try to have a new update once a week.
